I used my new orthotic in an older pair of Abeo shoes that I love but can't find anywhere for a replacement pair. I was afraid that the insert would feel too hard or not make a difference, but I was wrong! Those shoes are once again my favorite shoes to wear, and the orthotics make them surprisingly comfortable! I often choose those shoes with my new orthotics over any of my sneakers. Worth getting a pair, but I'm not so sure it would work as well in narrow shoes.
